Q: I'm having trouble buying and downloading content from the Google Play Store. What should I do?
A: Please try the steps below, as certain situations can lead to problems even on supported devices.Restart your device
1. Turn off your device.
2. Remove the back cover and take out the SIM card and battery.
3. Wait about ten seconds.
4. Re-insert the SIM card and battery, then replace the back cover.
5. Turn on the device.
Google account settings
Make sure that your device is set up to use the same account that was used to purchase the app from the Google Play Store.
Clear the Google Play Store app's cache
1. At your home screen, press the Menu key and choose "Settings".
2. Select "Applications" > "Manage applications".
3. Press the Menu key, then select "Filter" > "All".
4. Select the Google Play app and tap "Clear cache".
Note: Be careful not to tap "Uninstall update" by mistake!
Turn off Wi-Fi
1. From your home screen, press the Menu key and select "Settings".
2. Select "Wireless & networks".
3. Uncheck "Wi-Fi".

I'm guessing you downloaded it as a apk illegally it wouldn't show that message if you downloaded it from the AppStore if your connected to the internet as it automatically authorises the app when it's started.
DeleteIt's called piracy and this is simply another way to fight it.
